Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and improve customer service within the group logistics department.

Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure individual and team success.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.

Oversee the planning and execution of transportation and logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures within the group logistics department.

Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback and coaching to support their professional development.

Develop and manage budgets for the group logistics department, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
