Day to day, you'll be showing properties to prospective buyers, supporting the sales process from first contact through signed agreement, and building lasting client relationships through consistent and professional follow-up. First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

$120,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Show properties to prospective buyers, ensuring each visit is informative and engaging.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales process from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and professional follow-up.
• Engage in lead generation activities to identify and connect with potential buyers.
• Work closely with mentors and team members to refine sales strategies and approaches.
• Provide clients with expert advice and guidance, helping them make informed decisions.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market to offer clients up-to-date insights and information.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License required or in progress.
• No experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple showings and client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management.
• Active real estate license or enrollment in real estate courses is required for this role.
