Board Certified Wills, Trusts & Estates lawyer is seeking an attorney to join his estate planning law firm. Established in 1993, the firm specializes in estate planning, asset protection planning, and business planning.

We are seeking an associate attorney who is passionate about helping families secure their legacies.

Because we prioritize deep client relationships and precise, high-quality work over sheer volume, we do not enforce a monthly minimum billable hour requirement.

We measure your success by the quality of your work and the satisfaction of our clients, not by hours squeezed out of a day.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their unique goals, family dynamics, and financial landscapes.
• Work closely under the direction of the Senior Attorney, utilizing established templates, automated drafting software, and foundational guidelines to ensure high-quality, consistent work product.
• Work with clients and the Senior Attorney to design comprehensive plans that achieve the client’s objectives.
• Draft, review, and execute required legal documents .
• Guide clients and families through the probate and trust administration processes with empathy and clarity.
• Manage client files independently while collaborating with our supportive paralegal and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Florida.
• 1-5 years of dedicated experience in estate planning, business planning, and/or probate administration, or an attorney with less experience in these practice areas but knows they want to focus on them. We are willing to train the right candidates if they are motivated to perform and learn in areas needed.
• Strong drafting skills using software purchased and approved by the Senior Attorney and previously vetted and approved firm documents.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; you genuinely enjoy talking to people and translating complex legal concepts into plain English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, organized, with a natural drive to take ownership of your caseload.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical thinking
