Astute Executive Recruiting is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a premier upscale steakhouse in Orlando, Florida. This is a high-energy, guest-focused leadership opportunity within a polished, high-volume environment generating over $35 million annually.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced operations, understands elevated hospitality, and knows how to lead teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale dining, steakhouse, fine dining, or high-volume hospitality
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience managing large FOH teams in fast-paced environments
• Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and operational excellence
• Ability to maintain high standards while driving sales and profitability
• Experience with high sales volumes and elevated guest expectations preferred
• Strong knowledge of service standards, labor management, and restaurant financials

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations
• Drive guest satisfaction and ensure exceptional dining experiences
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members and supervisors
• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and operational consistency
• Assist with scheduling, labor controls, and inventory management
• Partner with senior leadership to achieve sales and operational goals
• Create a positive and energetic team culture
