Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with developments in the airport and border security industry to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and pain points.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients in the airport and border security sector.

Provide technical expertise and product knowledge during client interactions and presentations.

Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.

Work closely with the product development team to understand new and existing products and their potential applications in the airport and border security sector.

Assist in the development of proposals and RFP responses, ensuring that they accurately address client needs and showcase the value of our solutions.

Conduct technical workshops and trainings for clients, educating them on the technical aspects of our products and solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and technical needs and providing solutions to address them.

Stay informed about competitor products and strategies, and use this knowledge to position our solutions effectively in the market.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.

Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and developments.

Mentor and train junior members of the pre-sales team, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Act as a subject matter expert for the airport and border security sector, providing insights and thought leadership to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Continuously assess and improve pre-sales processes and strategies to ensure efficient and effective client interactions and conversions.
