Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President and help drive day-to-day operations.

This role is a trusted partner responsible for managing priorities, coordinating activities, and ensuring effective communication across the organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support key initiatives.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Orlando, Florida.

What You'll Do

• Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Track deadlines, projects, and key initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support special projects, proposals, document preparation, and marketing activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of executive administrative support, office management, or similar experience.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with excellent proofreading abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with sound judgment and discretion.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with proposals, marketing, or Adobe InDesign is a plus.
