Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

PRO STAINLESS is a full-line Fastener Distributor operating out of San Jose for the last 46 years that services customers worldwide and is looking to add a dynamic Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining positive customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

-Sales Order Entry

-Expedite orders

-Respond to requests for quotes in a timely fashion with an attention to detail

-Maintain a positive relationship with all assigned customers

-Answer incoming calls and emails

-Communicate with Purchasing any specific needs to be met

-Maintain and update all customer records within our CRM

-Maintain accurate VMI stocking program files by customer

-Provide the best customer service with professionalism and a positive can-do attitude

Qualifications

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly

-A general understanding of the fastener industry

-Ability to interact with customers and vendors at all levels

-Knowledge of supplier product offerings, materials, processes lead times and ability to meet the needs of the customer

-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office

-The ability to multi-task and answer phones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
