Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their banking needs in a professional and courteous manner.

Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.

Perform daily balancing and closing activities.

Monitor and report any suspicious activity.

Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to all bank regulations.

Answer customer inquiries and resolve any customer service issues.

Cross-sell bank products and services.

Utilize computer systems to accurately document customer information.

Remain up-to-date with bank policies and procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
