The Role

We're seeking an experienced and execution-driven Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our logistics operations, including self-operated warehouses and an in-house delivery fleet. This is a role for someone who can build and optimize warehouse processes while managing last-mile delivery performance and leading logistics teams.

As we scale across markets, you'll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, on-time fulfillment, and cost efficiency.

What You'll Do

Your day-to-day will involve building and managing end-to-end logistics operations, from warehousing and dispatching through delivery and reverse logistics. You'll oversee our self-operated warehouses with focus on layout planning, inventory control, inbound and outbound accuracy, and continuous process optimization.

A significant part of your role includes leading and developing our in-house driver team through hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.

You'll design and continuously optimize delivery routes to improve our on-time rate while reducing mileage costs. Establishing and enforcing logistics SOPs, safety standards, and compliance policies will keep operations running smoothly. Daily execution matters—you'll monitor operations closely, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and coordinate real-time solutions.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential, so you'll work closely with our Tech, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketplace teams to ensure logistics aligns with overall business needs.

Tracking KPIs and driving improvements across delivery efficiency, warehouse accuracy, customer satisfaction, and unit economics will be central to measuring your success.

What We're Looking For

You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, plus 5 or more years of hands-on logistics experience that includes managing warehouse operations and driver teams. Strong operational leadership is essential—you should have proven experience managing frontline teams in fast-paced environments.

We're looking for someone who is data-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. A high sense of ownership, adaptability, and the ability to execute under pressure are qualities we value.

Preferred Qualifications

If you have experience in food delivery, express, or last-mile logistics, that's a plus. Multi-city logistics or fleet operation experience would be valuable, as would prior experience working in startups or building logistics systems from the ground up.

Compensation and Additional Information

The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, determined based on your level of experience and qualifications.
