Role Description

• Full-Time, Part-Time, Per-Diem on-site roles for Nurse Practitioners located in: Santa Clara, CA
• San Jose, CA
• Sunnyvale, CA. The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality medical care to patients, including performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and providing preventive care and education.
• The role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner License and Certification (Must be licensed in California)
• Active DEA license
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Preventive Medicine
• Strong clinical skills including physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting procedures
• Treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in both pediatric and adult patients (0-100+)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently as a solo provider in dynamic clinical settings
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical, legal, and professional standards
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications
• Experience in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required
• Master's degree from an accredited Nursing program
