What You'll Do

• As the Account Coordinator & Jr Recruiter, you'll support both candidate recruitment and client development across Northern CA. You'll spend three days per week in-office and two days per week in the field, working directly with builders and prospects.
• Recruitment & Candidate Engagement (In-Office) * Source, screen, and interview candidates for our temporary New Home Sales assignments * Use modern recruiting strategies and platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline * Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to fulfill job orders quickly and accurately * Keep candidate records organized and up to date * Provide administrative support for recruiting and onboarding processes Client Development & Outreach (In-Field) * Represent JWilliams Staffing at community visits, networking events, and industry functions * Generate new business leads and nurture client relationships * Identify client needs and escalate issues to ensure stellar service * Build your professional network while boosting brand visibility Reporting & Collaboration * Submit weekly field activity reports to leadership * Maintain accurate documentation of all candidate and client touchpoints * Actively participate in team meetings and strategy discussions * Support department goals and contribute to overall business growth What We're Looking For * 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or the New Home Sales industry * Some college coursework in Business or related field preferred * Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills * Professional, organized, and proactive in follow-through * Passion for relationship building and delivering excellent service * Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms * Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance * Comfortable with frequent driving Submit your resume TODAY for immediate consideration and become the face of JWilliams Staffing in Nor
