Overview

Required Skills

• Minimum AA degree, with 2-4 years of experience supporting Vice Presidents or similar senior leadership roles
• Exceptional calendar and schedule management skills, including coordinating meetings, travel, and events
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating sound judgment and discretion
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Drive, and ChromeRiver or similar expense management tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong interpersonal skills, political savvy, and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work early or late hours as needed

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in a high-tech or startup environment
• Past work supporting diverse, multicultural teams
• Experience with event planning or coordination of off-site meetings
• Familiarity with corporate policies and procedures in a tech setting

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Past experience supporting executive leadership in a fast-moving, innovative company environment

Other Requirements

• Onsite position in San Jose, CA; must be available to work in-person
• Ability to start immediately or ASAP
• Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings when required
