Develop and write clear and concise user-friendly content for our chatbot product.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.

Conduct research and stay updated on the latest developments in AI and chatbot technology.

Edit and proofread technical documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Create user guides, tutorials, and other support materials for the chatbot product.

Identify and address any potential usability issues in the chatbot product.

Ensure all technical content is in line with company branding and messaging.

Develop and maintain a style guide for technical writing to ensure consistency across all content.

Communicate complex information in a simple and easy to understand manner for a global audience.

Work closely with product development teams to gather feedback and improve the user experience of the chatbot product.

Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into technical writing processes.

Collaborate with localization teams to ensure technical content is translated accurately for global markets.

Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Continuously improve and update technical content based on user feedback and product updates.
