The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and relationship management, with a comprehensive understanding of HR legal compliance and employment law related to talent acquisition. Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting processes for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR systems, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and other channels.
• Conduct candidate sourcing through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, campus recruitment events, and professional networks.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews, assessing technical skills and cultural fit to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
• Negotiate employment offers and contracts with candidates while maintaining compliance with employment & labor law.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Utilize talent management software like iCIMS, Workday, or PeopleSoft to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as UltiPro or Kronos.
• Lead initiatives in external recruiting efforts including cold calling potential candidates and lead generation activities.
• Ensure adherence to HR legal compliance standards across all recruitment activities.
• Support employer branding efforts through social media management and targeted outreach campaigns.

Experience

• Proven experience in technical recruiting or recruiting with a focus on high volume recruitment.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, relationship management, and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with HR legal compliance related to employment law in talent management.
• Experience working with talent management software such as Lever, Taleo, or Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR systems including Workday, Paychex, ADP, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences across global markets.
• Knowledge of recruiting tools like HRIS systems (e.g., iCIMS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media marketing strategies for recruitment purposes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience in external recruiting channels such as campus recruitment or executive search is advantageous.
