📝 Rquirements

• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or a related field from an accredited institution
• Two (2) years of directly relevant experience, or alternatively, six (6) or more years of applicable experience
• Experience in Finance or Grants; two (2) years of Workday Business Analyst experience preferred
• For Senior Business Analyst: four (4) years of directly relevant experience or a Masters Degree with two (2) years relevant experience, or alternatively, eight (8) or more years of applicable experience
• Workday Pro Certification(s) and Higher Education Experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of business functions in higher education and Workday systems
• Familiarity with federal and non-federal awards, grants, and contracts
• Ability to enhance administrative efficiencies through business process redesign
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and teamwork
• Capacity to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in NSHE IT processes
• Proficient in analyzing and documenting customer needs and requirements
• For Senior Business Analyst: Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methods

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Provide functional support to users of Workday, advising and troubleshooting within functional and technical areas
• Create basic reports and communicate specifications to the reporting team
• Assist users with security roles and troubleshooting security issues within Workday
• Support users needing assistance with EIBs and integrations in Workday
• Manage service desk and change request tickets, documenting customer needs effectively
• Build trust and provide exemplary customer service to all stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to reach objectives and enhance work quality
• Engage in team communication, actively listening and sharing knowledge
• Embrace organizational change and provide constructive feedback
• Demonstrate a sense of responsibility in work attendance and project completion
