What You'll Do

You'll spend your day connecting with people who are looking to have an amazing time.

Your responsibilities include

• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, web chats, and online inquiries.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads and previous customers.
• Book bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, corporate outings, VIP experiences, bar crawls, and special events.
• Recommend upgrades, packages, and add-ons that increase the customer experience.
• Follow up relentlessly until every qualified lead has either booked or declined.
• Build relationships with customers while creating excitement about their upcoming event.
• Keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline inside our CRM.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, bookings, and revenue.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure every event exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 40 hours per week.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Strong verbal communication and closing skills.
• Previous phone sales, inside sales, hospitality, or event sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable learning CRM and sales software.
• Reliable internet and home workspace for hybrid work after qualification.

In-Office Training & Hybrid Opportunity

Your first several weeks will be spent working from our office while you learn our systems, products, and sales process.

After successfully completing training and consistently meeting your performance KPIs, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a hybrid work schedule.
