Front Office Receptionist

Job Summary

We are looking for a few front desk medical receptionists to check in patients, schedule patients, answer phones, return calls & voicemails, reschedule patients, check out patients, and perform data entry & other tasks as needed. We have three locations so we are open to you floating from location to location or sticking to one preferred office.

We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service, can deal with difficult patients or situations, and someone who is a fast learner. This is a fast paced job but if done correctly and efficiently has lots of rewards.

Our practice is large and has anywhere from 60-80 employees. We have hired all new management and are excited for the changes and growth opportunities for our new & previous staff.
