Job Summary

Summary

Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director on all personnel matters. Assists with payroll processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and direct team member inquires in a professional and centric manner
• Receive, record, store and distribute clean, pressed team member uniforms
• Maintain Uniform Inventory to business needs
• Process temporary staffing requests and oversee the reconciliation of invoices
• Process temporary staffing invoices for payment - using computer
• Prepare the team member check in area on event days including the set up and take down
• Responsible for employee enhancement programs
• Must be available all event days including open, mid and closing shifts
• Assist HR management in various Human Resources tasks including but not limited to filing, onboarding processing and trainings
• Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties

• Be punctual, reliable and available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays on event basis.
• Adapt quickly to fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day and stand for duration of entire shift.
• React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations
• Ability to effectively communicate in English in written and oral form.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and bend.
• Lift, push pull up to 50 lbs.
