Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and check them in and out efficiently
• Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments across multiple specialties
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
• Verify insurance information and collect copayments or balances
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
• Follow company protocols and uphold patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or customer service experience in a medical setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office technology
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
