Are you a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference in someone's life? Stand By Me Home Care is seeking caring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. We are hiring immediately for part-time positions with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Remind clients to take medications (no administration unless authorized)
• Document care provided and communicate changes in client condition

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred (training may be available for the right candidate)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
