Executive Assistant to COO

Botach is looking for a highly organized, high-energy Executive Assistant to support our COO across daily operations, B2B client communication, warehouse coordination, follow-ups, scheduling, and internal execution.

This role is for someone who can move fast, stay organized in a hectic environment, communicate clearly, and help make sure important tasks do not fall through the cracks. The COO oversees key areas of the business, including B2B operations, warehouse coordination, order flow, client follow-ups, meetings, and day-to-day operational priorities.

We need someone who can help him stay on top of everything and push tasks forward.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO with daily scheduling, follow-ups, emails, task tracking, and meeting coordination
• Communicate professionally with B2B clients, vendors, and internal team members
• Help track open client requests, quotes, orders, and follow-up items
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to make sure priorities are moving
• Assist with order-related issues, warehouse support, and operational follow-through
• Prepare notes, summaries, task lists, and updates for the COO
• Help keep meetings, calls, and client communications organized
• Follow up with team members to make sure deadlines and tasks are completed
• Jump in wherever needed to help the business move faster and operate cleaner

Ideal Background

Experience in any of the following is a plus

• Executive assistant or operations assistant role
• Warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or inventory environment
• B2B customer service or account support
• E-commerce operations
• Office administration in a fast-paced business
