Regional Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit high volume ($50M+) restaurant operations leadership experience
• 2+ years of union property experience required
• Proficient Spanish-speaking ability highly preferred
• Experience within casino hospitality, high-volume restaurants, or multi-unit food and beverage operations
• Strong financial acumen with experience reviewing P&Ls, labor reports, inventory results, budgets, and operational metrics
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans for improvement
• Lead, coach, train, and develop General Managers and management teams while creating succession plans and leadership development initiatives
• Partner with Human Resources and leadership teams on employee relations, grievance procedures, staffing, recruiting, training, and performance management initiatives
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost-control initiatives to improve profitability and operational performance
