We’re looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our local growth, leading high-impact commercial projects and using data-driven insights to refine our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).

What You’ll Be DoingYou will lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, acting as the connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management. This role is a blend of project management, commercial strategy, and data analysis.

Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look LikeEnd-to-End Project Leadership: Lead key commercial projects from planning and delivery tracking to post-implementation reviews.

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary bridge between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to ensure campaigns and shared priorities are executed seamlessly.CVP Optimization: Use data and analysis to refine our Consumer Value Proposition, focusing on selection, affordability, and overall customer experience.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor moves and market trends to inform strategic planning and stay ahead of the curve.

Strategic Reporting: Own the reporting for growth and CVP metrics, providing the business with the data needed for evidence-based decision-making.

Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the local rollout of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective coordination across all departments.

What You’ll Need to ThriveOur ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

Strategic Experience: Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years specifically in project management or commercial strategy roles.

Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a track record of using data to drive commercial outcomes. Experience with Looker is a strong plus.

Commercial Mindset: A pragmatic problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and prioritise effectively in a high-growth environment.

Effective Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate complex teams.

Financial Literacy: A good understanding of P&L dynamics and financial modelling is preferred.

Industry Background: Experience in marketplace, consumer tech, FMCG, or consulting is highly desirable.
