Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager at Alpha Video Surveillance located at 215 / Decatur. The Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in technical sales and account management.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, enabling them to effectively negotiate and collaborate with both internal teams and clients. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey, developing business strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction with a focus on retention and growth.

Duties

• Build strong relationships with the clients in your portfolio. (Includes client lunches and outings)
• Be a concierge for our clients needs within the company. If a client needs something done, you will be responsible for working with the departments within Alpha to facilitate.
• Conduct security reviews where you outline vulnerabilities in their security system and highlight areas of strength
• Recommend upgrades and ask for new business / referrals
• In the event of an unhappy client, work with them to turn their experience around

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales, customer service, or account management within a relevant industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams or projects.
• Proficient in analyzing data to drive decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve common goals.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with technology sales is preferred but not mandatory.
