As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle by coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting systems, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring every candidate receives a positive and professional experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the interview process
• Create interview schedules and candidate communications
• Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms
• Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment activities
• Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
• Track recruiting metrics, reports, and hiring activity
• Partner with Human Resources to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
• Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, hiring initiatives, and sourcing projects
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes while maintaining compliance and confidentiality

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating outstanding experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year of recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments is a plus
• Hospitality, vacation ownership, resort, or customer service recruiting experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or recruiting software preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
