Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role

Our client, a national leader in the construction industry, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a busy, fast-moving TA team. You will keep the hiring engine running by owning high volume interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS data management, all while delivering a great experience to candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews across candidates, recruiters, and hiring

managers, including reschedules and last-minute changes

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and data in the Applicant Tracking System
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring timely communication and a strong candidate experience
• Support recruiters with job postings, pipeline tracking, offer logistics, and onboarding handoffs
• Respond to requests from hiring teams and candidates with a customer service mindset and quick turnaround
• Assist with reporting, data cleanup, and process documentation for the TA team
• Support the ATS migration project with data, testing, and administrative tasks as needed

Contract Duration: 3-6 months

Location: Onsite 3-4 days in Las Vegas, NV
