WLX | Western Logistics Express is a Kansas City freight brokerage hiring the next class of our BDM Academy — a paid, structured sales training program that turns hungry, driven people into professional freight brokers.

• Complete our paid Broker Academy: logistics fundamentals, sales process, live coaching
• Build your own book of business through high-volume outbound prospecting
• Own your customers end-to-end — pricing, problem-solving, growing the relationship
• Compete.

• What you’ll earn - $65K base salary + uncapped commission — realistic first-year earnings of $85K; our top first-year BDM earned $145K, and our top wage earner made $1.5M in 2025
