HR Business Partner

Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing, employee-focused organization to add an HR Business Partner to its Human Resources team. This is a true HRBP role supporting a professional workforce and partnering closely with leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities Assist with benefits questions, leave administration, and HR policy interpretation Maintain employee records and support HR compliance activities Participate in performance review processes and development planning Support HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives Utilize HR systems and reporting tools to maintain accurate employee data

Qualifications
