• Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation

• Starting Compensation: $1,200 per week
• Annual Performance Review: Employees are eligible for a performance and compensation review after 12 months of employment, with the opportunity for a compensation increase based on performance, initiative, reliability, and overall contribution to the business.

Core Responsibilities

1. Executive Assistant to the Owner

• Manage and organize the owner's email inbox.
• Prepare a daily summary of priorities, action items, and follow-up needs.
• Execute responses, follow-up tasks, and projects as directed.
• Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
• Establish administrative and creative deadlines with the owner.
• Coordinate miscellaneous projects including ordering supplies and vendor communication.
• Merchandise and dress mannequins.
• Create apparel displays.
• Assist with marketing, promotional projects, and visual merchandising.

2. Reception & Register

• Greet customers with genuine hospitality.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Communicate with customers through digital channels.
• Process customer purchases accurately.
• Maintain a polished front-of-store environment.

3. Digital Communications

• Respond to inbound instant messages and customer inquiries.
• Answer product questions.
• Assist customers with appointments and general information.
• Route requests to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain prompt, professional communication.

Time Off & Scheduling Expectations

Paid Vacation

Employees receive 18 paid vacation days per calendar year, subject to scheduling approval and business needs.

Saturday "5-5-5" Policy

Saturdays are one of the most important days of our business. Each calendar year, employees are allotted:

• 5 late arrivals
• 5 early departures
• 5 Saturday absences

We understand that life happens. This policy provides reasonable flexibility while ensuring dependable staffing on our busiest day of the week.

Dress Code

Business casual is our minimum expectation.

Men often wear suits, sport coats, or elevated combinations such as a premium polo with dress trousers.

Women may dress slightly more casually, including elevated casual or summer dresses paired with clean, fashionable sneakers or other polished footwear.

Employees receive a generous clothing allowance upon hire, additional clothing allowances throughout the year, and approximately 40–50% off all merchandise.
