The Opportunity

• Manager, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients.
• Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage.
• As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality, while coaching and managing performance to meet client expectations.
• You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery.

In this role at PwC, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, taking ownership of projects to validate their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will encourage team members to develop skills outside their comfort zone and use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen their professional abilities.

Addressing conflicts or issues, you will engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate, while upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading data-driven initiatives to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients
• Developing and implementing innovative business intelligence solutions to optimize performance and enhance competitive advantage
• Managing and mentoring teams to deliver quality outcomes and meet client expectations
• Analyzing complex data systems to identify linkages and interactions between components
• Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Encouraging skill development and embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery
• Addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
• Utilizing business intelligence tools and cloud-based analytics platforms to enhance insights generation

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science
• Demonstrating proficiency in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)
• Utilizing Python and Java for data analysis and visualization
• Developing strategic business cases and competitive advantage insights
• Excelling in data architecture development and database management systems
• Embracing continuous process improvement and innovation in managed services
• Leading teams in data analytics and AI managed services projects

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
