About The Role

Kittle Property Group is seeking an Office Management/HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with a strong focus on office management services. In this role, you’ll provide administrative and customer support across the organization while learning the day-to-day operations that keep a thriving workplace running smoothly.

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties & Responsibilities)

As an Office Management/HR Intern, you’ll support both office operations and HR administration, including:

• Provide front desk support by answering phones and greeting guests
• Assist with mail and package handling
• Maintain and restock office and kitchen supplies
• Provide administrative support (copying, typing letters, completing forms, and updating electronic information)
• Complete credit card authorizations and support administrative functions related to travel
• Assist with office tenant support
• Support aspects of the bi-weekly payroll process
• Help maintain employee files and related records, including confidential information
• Assist with the HRIS system
• Complete other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge)

• Currently enrolled in a college/university program and working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Office Management, or a related field
• GPA requirements:
• Undergraduate: 3.0+
• Graduate: 3.4+
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Genuine interest in working with people and ability to interact at all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Language, math, and reasoning skills sufficient to interpret business materials, procedures, and regulations
