Position Title – IT Business Analyst

• Hourly Pay Rate (w2 Role)
• USD 59.70 /hr
• USD 70.23 /hr

Contract End Date - 12/23/2027

Hybrid Role - onsite 3 days a week and 2 out of office.

Location - Indianapolis, IN

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, data science, or a related discipline

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one statistical programming language (Python or R)

Familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy, or claims/dispensing operational data

1–3 years of experience working within a HIPAA-covered entity

Ability to complete and maintain required HIPAA, data privacy, and compliance training, and handle PHI per policy

Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and business acumen

Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority

High learning agility and adaptability in ambiguous environments

Working understanding of HIPAA/PHI governance and data-separation requirements

Responsibilities

Execute and maintain operational metrics derived from pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment data, ensuring accuracy, automation, and data quality.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for covered-entity stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and reliability.

Perform SQL and Excel-based analyses to identify trends, measure performance, and generate actionable insights.

Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and data governance policies, including separation of manufacturer and covered-entity data.
