The Technical Analyst will partner with Digital Customer Experience, Communications, and other stakeholders to establish scalable reporting and analytics capabilities that provide actionable insights into customer engagement and digital behavior.

The analyst will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Google Analytics, Power BI, and existing web analytics data sources to develop reporting frameworks, KPI dashboards, and strategic recommendations that enable continuous improvement of customer journeys and digital experiences.

In this role, you will

• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions for established Marketing Cloud journey KPIs using Marketing Cloud Intelligence and other visualization tools.
• Design and document reporting standards, KPI definitions, governance practices, and visualization best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across reporting assets.
• Assess and develop reporting solutions utilizing existing Google Tag implementations and web analytics data sources.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate business questions into measurable metrics, reporting requirements, and actionable insights.
• Establish repeatable processes for monitoring customer behavior across digital channels and journeys to drive data-informed decision making.
• Document reporting methodologies, data sources, assumptions, KPI calculations, and analytics processes to support long-term sustainability and knowledge transfer.
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic analytics initiatives related to customer engagement, self-service adoption, digital communications, and customer experience optimization.

Who You Are

• 5+ years Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Google Analytics, and/or Power BI.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and customer analytics reporting solutions.
• Proven ability to recommend reporting strategies, governance approaches, and analytics best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and presentation of findings to business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Desired Outcome: Establish a sustainable customer analytics and reporting framework that enables client to consistently measure customer journey performance, understand customer behavior across digital channels, and identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, adoption, and business processes through data-driven decision making.

• Must be willing to work onsite at client office in Indianapolis IN (46204) 4 days per week, remote on Fridays.
