Regional Sales Representative

CRM Workforce Solutions is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in environmental, demolition, industrial, construction, and disaster recovery projects. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Regional Account Manager who thrives on both growing existing client relationships and winning new business. This is a consultative sales role for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, solving workforce challenges, and making a direct impact on company growth.

What You'll Do

Grow & Manage Client Relationships

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Build trusted relationships that drive long-term client retention and account growth.
• Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to identify new staffing opportunities.
• Partner closely with Recruiting to ensure successful fulfillment of client workforce needs.
• Communicate project requirements, timelines, pricing, travel logistics, and workforce expectations.
• Proactively resolve client concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.

Develop New Business

• Prospect and develop a targeted territory through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Identify key decision-makers and create opportunities with new customers.
• Educate prospects on CRM's staffing solutions and workforce capabilities.
• Negotiate pricing, close new business, and expand relationships within existing accounts.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

Manage the Sales Process

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and staffing solutions for clients.
• Utilize CRM technology including Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Zenople, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and ShareFile.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting and Operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, staffing, business development, or construction/environmental services preferred.
• Proven ability to both develop new business and grow existing client relationships.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in staffing, environmental services, demolition, industrial, or construction industries is a plus.
