Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator

At Salvage & Co., we don't just sell furniture and home décor—we create content that reaches millions of people every month. We're looking for someone who loves social media, enjoys being creative, and is excited to turn everyday moments into engaging videos and photos.

This isn't a corporate marketing job. You'll spend more time walking through our warehouse with an iPhone than sitting behind a desk.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media content.
• Film and edit short-form videos highlighting our products, sales, team, and customers.
• Photograph new arrivals and merchandise.
• Write captions and schedule social media posts.
• Brainstorm creative marketing ideas with our team.
• Coordinate with local influencers and content creators.
• Help organize and promote special events.
• Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For

• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar).
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Comfortable being on camera when needed.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, and trying new ideas.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience managing social media for a business.
• Experience working with influencers or coordinating partnerships.
• A portfolio or social media accounts that showcase your creativity.
