Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental Office

Our growing pediatric dental office on the west side of Indianapolis is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with children and families and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Dental or medical office experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and update patient information
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the schedule running efficiently
• Help create a fun, positive experience for every child and parent

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required
• Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus, but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
