Real Estate Acquisition Agent

Client is a high-volume residential home buying operation focused on acquiring off-market and motivated seller properties across multiple markets. They specialize in fix-and-flip and residential investment acquisitions at scale, backed by corporate infrastructure, full benefits, and strong internal support from day one.

Position: Real Estate Acquisition Agent

Location: Remote, but must live in one of these markets:

• Lexington, KY
• Savannah, GA
• Indianapolis, IN

(Local market knowledge is important since the role requires property visits, seller meetings, inspections, and negotiations.)

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50k-$55k depending on experience
• Commission: $2,000 per home purchased
• Top performers earned $125K last year

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source, negotiate, and close residential property purchases directly with motivated sellers
• Build strong relationships and trust with homeowners
• Make offers and manage deals from first contact through close
• Visit properties for assessments, inspections, and negotiations
• Work independently while owning your pipeline and results

Ideal Background

• 4–10 years of sales or business development experience
• Strong negotiator and communicator
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
• CRM proficient and tech-savvy
• Flexible schedule for evenings/weekends when needed
