Leasing Consultant (Part-time)

National Real Estate Company seeking a Leasing Consultant for our premier apartment communities in Indianapolis, Idlewood Apartments.

• Experience in the multi-family industry preferred.
• Responsible for leasing apartments, marketing the property and maintaining positive resident relations.
• Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.
• Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and value customer service

.General Work Schedule

• Saturdays 10:00am - 5:00pm
• occasional Sunday as needed 11:00am - 5:00pm
• one additional weekday shift 9:00am - 6:00pm
