Receptionist/Order Entry Specialist

Job Summary

Our Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately setting up new real estate transactions in ResWare so the title process can begin. This role is administrative and detail-oriented, serving as the starting point for title searches, closings, and escrow work. This position is responsible for the day-to-day creation of title policies, loan policies, and corrections. This position reports to the Title Manager.

Essential Functions

• ·Receiving new orders from lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, builders, or customers.
• Reviewing documents to ensure all required information is present, such as purchase agreements, lender instructions, or property details.
• Entering data into ResWare system, including the buyer and seller information, the property address and legal description, loan information, and order type (purchase, refinance, cash sale, etc.)
• Verifying accuracy of names, addresses, parcel numbers, and other information.
• Communicating with sales reps or the clients if information is missing or clarification is needed.
• Customer focused; is pleasant, courteous, and professional
• Handles inquiries from external and internal customers
• Other duties as assigned

Education

• Related experience a bonus
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Multi-lingual a bonus

Physical Requirements

• The employee must be able to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with arms or hands.
• Lift or move up to 15 lbs.
• Sit in front of the computer screen for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
