Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to lead the design of both mobile and web platforms. In this role, you’ll drive the research, strategy, and design execution for our core applications—creating elegant, user-centered interfaces and experiences that simplify and elevate how users interact with our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design seamless user experiences through research, user flows, wireframes, and visual mockups.
• Translate product requirements into interactive prototypes that reflect user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate based on feedback.
• Conduct user testing to validate design solutions and improve usability.
• Identify UX issues and propose thoughtful, scalable solutions across digital platforms.
• Present design concepts and user journeys to internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of user-centered projects.
• Expertise in mobile, tablet, and desktop design best practices.
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a huge plus.
• Experience with animation or motion design is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and its Lightning Component Library is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
