In this role, you lead talent acquisition transformation initiatives as part of Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology team. You will shape TA strategies, operating models, and service delivery to improve recruitment outcomes and workforce experience across client engagements. You’ll manage end-to-end transformation programs, advise on TA tech strategy, and mentor junior colleagues.

Tasks

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years in talent acquisition, HR consulting, or TA advisory with transformation focus
• 1+ year in a consulting environment
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Preferred: AI-powered TA tools and ATS/CRM platforms experience
• Preferred: 6+ months leading project workstreams
• Preferred: 2+ years interfacing with senior executives and clients
• Preferred: experience in RFP/RFI processes
