Design and develop data architecture and infrastructure to support business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design solutions.

Implement data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient and reliable data flow.

Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure data integrity and availability.

Continuously optimize and improve data processes and systems for better performance.

Research and evaluate new data technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.

Work with traditional and big data technologies to handle both structured and unstructured data.

Develop and maintain data warehousing and data lake solutions.

Create and maintain documentation for data processes, systems, and architecture.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data needs and provide data-driven insights.

Develop and implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.

Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in data engineering.

Train and mentor junior data engineers on data engineering best practices.

Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on data projects.

Proactively identify and troubleshoot data issues and provide timely resolutions.
