Conduct laboratory experiments and procedures accurately and efficiently.

Perform data analysis and interpretation using various software and tools.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized lab environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and equipment malfunctions.

Communicate and collaborate with other team members to achieve research goals.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of experiments and results.

Assist in the development and optimization of new laboratory techniques and protocols.

Order and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment.

Keep up-to-date with relevant scientific literature and developments in the field.

Train and supervise junior lab technicians and interns.

Follow and comply with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Participate in research project planning and contribute to grant proposals.

Present research findings at conferences and prepare scientific publications.

Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
