📝 Rquirements

• Solid IT support background
• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician
• Ability to configurate, maintain, and troubleshoot various IT hardware (laptops, mobile routers, switches)
• Experience with various software on Windows workstations
• Familiarity with a variety of business applications
• Ability to manage end user requests and act as the first point of contact

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Respond to and support end user requests within the company
• Support overall network infrastructure
• Configure IT hardware as needed
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Take end-to-end ownership of all IT tickets
• Communicate effectively and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
