As the GB’s regulator for the energy industry, Ofgem works on behalf of energy consumers to ensure that every household and business can rely on a safe and environmentally sustainable energy supply. We will become the regulator for heat networks in 2026 and to support this work, we are developing a new digital service to interact with the heat network industry and facilitate our regulatory activity.
This is an opportunity for an experienced hybrid project manager and Scrum Master to join the heat networks team, working to develop the new digital service to support the new regulations. We are seeking someone with experience of working in both waterfall and agile methodologies, who can coach the delivery teams toward rapid delivery incrementally, run an end-to-end project (Waterfall) and lead agile ceremonies.
