On behalf of our partners, we are seeking a motivated Building Surveyor or Technical Project Manager to join a well established property business delivering refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects across a portfolio of prestigious private residences in Prime Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Project Manager or Building Surveyor who enjoys project delivery and seeks greater autonomy and broader responsibilities.
You will manage projects from the initial survey and diagnosis of defects through to contractor management and completion on site. You will also gain valuable experience working alongside architecture, interior design and construction professionals.
Undertake property inspections and condition surveys.
Identify building defects and recommend practical remedial solutions.
Prepare scopes of work, specifications and cost estimates.
Procure and manage specialist contractors.
Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
Monitor quality, programme, budgets and Health & Safety.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Coordinate consultants, suppliers and contractors.
Participate in the preparation of assets for occupation.

Degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Approximately 4–8 years’ relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of residential construction, refurbishment and building defects.
Experience preparing specifications and managing contractors.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Practical, solutions-focused approach.
DesirableHigh-end residential experience.
Listed buildings/heritage knowledge.MEP/building services awareness.MRICS, MCIOB or working towards.
