We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative SEO Manager to lead and execute the SEO strategy for Lovehoney.co.uk in the UK market. If you’re a results-oriented SEO expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making an impact, we’d love to hear from you!

What You Will Do

• Lead and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy across on-page, technical, off-page, and analytical pillars to drive revenue and traffic growth.
• Conduct content audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization in collaboration with content teams, freelancers, and agencies.
• Shape and deliver the Technical SEO roadmap, including audits, competitor analysis, and implementation of AI-informed recommendations with developers.
• Execute and oversee outreach and link-building strategies with PR and external partners to strengthen domain authority.
• Monitor SEO performance through analytics dashboards and report weekly on key metrics and trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate proactively with stakeholders to align SEO initiatives with business goals.

What You Should Bring

• 4+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of driving organic growth in the UK market.
• Deep expertise across on-page, technical, and off-page SEO, with strong content and keyword strategy capabilities.
• Proficient in key SEO and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Majestic, Botify, and STAT.
• Solid understanding of AI platforms and large language model (LLM) concepts.
• Data-driven with a strong ability to translate insights into actionable SEO strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with agencies and freelancers.
