Responsibilities

• Deliver full end-to-end project lifecycles - from gathering requirements through to testing and post-go-live support.
• Lead system implementations and business improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with a broad range of stakeholders, managing relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Take ownership of your workstreams with a strong focus on coordination, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
• Support and manage UAT processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes through collaboration and proactive engagement.

Skills

• Proven experience across full project lifecycles (E2E delivery). Strong background in system implementation and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - particularly suited to candidates from smaller business environments who are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• A natural collaborator with a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver results.
• Nice to Have: Experience coordinating and supporting UAT. Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to bridge the gap between business and tech.
• Previous exposure to SME or scale-up environments.
