Salesforce Developers

Ours Salesforce partner are looking for 5 skilled and experienced Salesforce Developers to join them on a 3month rolling contract on a large Public Sector project.

Inside IR35 Contract s starting in September 2025

Remote working contract . Ideally SC Cleared or able to pass a UK SC Clearance

Must be based in the UK , UK Citizen to be considered for the work

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.

Salesforce Developers x5 Remote You will be primarily responsible for the development, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. This role demands a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

The developer will work closely with solution and technical architects who will provide the solution design.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions based on provided designs. Customize and configure Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, automation, and workflows. Develop complex Salesforce Flows to automate business processes. Write, test, and deploy Apex code (classes, triggers, and components) to extend Salesforce functionality.

Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Implement and maintain robust DevOps practices, including source code management, branching strategies, pull requests, and commits. Utilize DevOps tools such as [Specify: Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or others] for deployment and release management.

Required Skills and Experience

7+ years of hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Consultant or Software Tester, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.

Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.

Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and best practices.

Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test strategies.

Extensive experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management.

Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.

Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar).

Experience with tools like Zephyr.

Proven experience in test automation, including the development and implementation of automation frameworks.

Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.

Experience managing and mentoring QA teams.
