Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR & L&D team based in Liverpool, UK. The team supports the company and its people to achieve business goals by ensuring the right people are in the right roles with the right skills.

Responsibilities include developing policies, supporting managers, and managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to training and recognition. The role involves providing end-to-end talent acquisition support, working with digital HR platforms like BambooHR, and collaborating with global offices to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

You will support the Global Talent Acquisition Manager by developing relationships with stakeholders, sourcing talent, and building a diverse network through advertising, networking, and headhunting.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in HR preferred but not essential.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification desirable.
